This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for 2-driver 12-inch round subwoofer units, utilizing a 60 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Built from 18 mm (3/4 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet features external dimensions of 856 × 363 × 363 mm (34.32 × 14.34 × 14.34 in). A double-thickness front baffle increases rigidity and reduces flex, making the box ideal for high-output systems. The design incorporates one L-shaped slot port with a port area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand. It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, size, output, and low distortion.
