Single 8-inch Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box - 20 L / 38 Hz

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 8-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 20 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz. Built as a simple rectangle from 18 mm (3/4 inch) material, the external dimensions are 560 × 305 × 244 mm (22.55 × 12.07 × 9.63 in). The design uses one L-shaped slot port with an area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand. It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion. Additionally, it is optimized for everyday car-audio use, accounting for limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound.
