Single 12-inch Rectangular Vented Automotive Subwoofer Box - 40 L / 35 Hz - 678 × 378 × 272 mm

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 12-inch rectangular subwoofer, featuring a 40 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz with one L-shaped slot port. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet has external dimensions of 678 × 378 × 272 mm (26.63 × 14.92 × 10.71 in). The double-thickness front baffle increases rigidity and reduces front-panel flex, making it suitable for high-output systems. The port area accommodates drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand. This design serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, size, and low distortion, while also being optimized for everyday car-audio use with limited trunk space and installation constraints.
