This vented (bass-reflex) enclosure is designed for a single 8-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 20 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz. The simple rectangle cabinet is built from 18 mm (3/4 inch) material with external dimensions of 570 × 286 × 258 mm (22.89 × 11.32 × 10.19 in). It utilizes one L-shaped slot port with an area optimized for high-output, large-excursion drivers and high airflow SPL applications. One internal brace reinforces the structure and reduces panel vibration, making it suitable for high-output systems. This design is ideal for everyday car-audio use where trunk space and installation constraints matter, as well as for general-purpose home stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, and low distortion.
