I ended up going double thick on all 6 sides and added internal 4-point bracing. I'm using this monster in my living room right now and I still haven't decided on a finish lol! I'm using a pioneer vsx atmos receiver with sub out to a 200w soundavo sub amp. Right now it is severely under-powered, but still pounds the hell out of my living room!
