Single 8-inch Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box - 25 L / 35 Hz

This vented (bass-reflex) enclosure is designed for a single 8-inch rectangular subwoofer and features a 25 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the external cabinet dimensions are 539 × 303 × 243 mm (21.18 × 11.94 × 9.58 in). The design includes one L-shaped slot port with an area suitable for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand. It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output and low distortion. Additionally, it is optimized for everyday car-audio use, taking limited trunk space, installation constraints and balanced sound into account.
