Single 12-inch Rectangular Subwoofer Vented / Bass-Reflex Enclosure

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 12-inch rectangular subwoofer and features a 40 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Built from 18 mm (3/4 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet has external dimensions of 757 × 419 × 286 mm (30.45 × 16.54 × 11.28 in). The design includes a double-thickness front baffle to increase rigidity and reduce flex, making it suitable for high-output systems. It utilizes one L-shaped slot port with an area optimized for high-output, large-excursion drivers and high airflow SPL demands. This versatile box balances bass extension and cabinet size, making it ideal for general-purpose home stereo systems or everyday car-audio use where trunk space and installation constraints are important.
