very pleased with this speaker. with a sensitivity of 94 db you need much less power to equal the output of even much more expensive subwoofers. the low frequency response, 22hz, also trounces many other subwoofers including kicker cvr 15 which has a sensitivity of 89db and a FS of 24hz. I have been extremely abusive to my sub and have had no issues at all. the build quality is outstanding and the 220oz magnet makes for powerful movement. the large box size is a downside for smaller cars but for less then 100 bucks this 15 is outstanding and you will not be disappointed. check Walmart, 70 bucks at the time of this review. unbelievable.

ran 2 for years under powered. then about 6 months at 1300w rms clean. did some adjusting to signals and the gain and set it too high and killed one of these. Other than my mess up they have performed way over expectations.
