Single 8-inch Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box - 20 L / 38 Hz

This 20 L Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is specifically designed for a single 8-inch round subwoofer, featuring a chamber tuned to 38 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet measures 575 × 304 × 243 mm (22.6 × 11.98 × 9.6 in). The design incorporates a double-thickness front baffle to increase rigidity and reduce panel flex, making it ideal for high-output subwoofer systems. One L-shaped slot port provides a port area suitable for large-excursion drivers and high-airflow SPL demands. This versatile box serves as a general-purpose home enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing size and distortion, while its compact dimensions also suit everyday car-audio use where trunk space and installation constraints are key.
