Vantagens

Slim, stout, fair sound

Desvantagens

Somewhat weak output (may be due to placement), lacking in deep bass...rolls off steeply below 40ish hertz.

Resumo

Slim enough to fit comfortably behind the seat of a 1995 Ford F-150 regular cab w/stick shift and a 6’5” driver. No small feat. Despite this, it manages to sound more than decent for the price matching well with aftermarket head unit power (14w rms x 4 via inexpensive Pioneer media unit). Pushing it w/about 175 reasonably clean continuous watts that it seems fine with even for extended periods (3+hrs at med-high volume...probably 60-80% of its capacity). Must say though, I got comparable if not better output from a passive subwoofer from an old Panasonic HTIB on the same amp. It was only a 6.5-6.75” driver in the original HTIB enclosure with the port modified to a tuning of 35Hz. Seriously impressed with that little Panasonic (Easton according to the stamp on the magnet), but this is a fine woofer for the price.
