Firstly I just want to design a loud box for 30ish frequencies with ideal power handling at this woofer's max power down to like 25 Hz and aceptable group delay up to like 70-72 hz. Then I decided to make a demo-like project to compare all types of the boxes what can be done using SBL's web designer. The 6th order is the loudest and have the least accurate sounding at 30ish Hz-s, but still acceptable. The port areas: vented: 54x314 mm, 4th order: 60x314 mm, 6th order - both ports: 80x314 mm - to look great.

My previous project for this woofer was marked as useful. So I decided to design an another 6th order bandpass box for this woofer using a bit different rules: ideal RMS power handling down to 20 (19) Hz, and acceptable group delay at every Hz (less than ((1/Hz)x500) miliseconds for every Hz). This gives a bigger "+" peak between 25-26 Hz with 120+dB SPL at 60Hz/12dB cabin gain. All other types of boxes designed using the same rules are in "-" at low bass with the same cabin gain.
