Description

This vented (bass-reflex) enclosure is designed for a single 8-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 15 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the external dimensions are 566 × 296 × 240 mm (22.23 × 11.68 × 9.48 in). The cabinet includes a double-thickness front baffle to increase rigidity and reduce front-panel flex, making it ideal for high-output subwoofer systems. It utilizes one L-shaped slot port with a port area optimized for high-output, large-excursion drivers and high airflow SPL demand.
