Description

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is specifically designed for 2-driver 8-inch round subwoofers, utilizing a simple rectangle shape constructed from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material. Measuring 639 × 321 × 321 mm (25.12 × 12.64 × 12.64 in), the design is ideal for everyday car-audio use where trunk space and installation constraints are factors, as well as for home stereo systems seeking a balance between bass extension, size, and low distortion. The 30 L chamber is tuned to 38 Hz using a single L-shaped slot port. This port area is optimized for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented applications with high airflow demands.
