This Simple Rectangle cabinet is designed for a 2-driver 8-inch rectangular subwoofer and built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material. Measuring 654 × 322 × 322 mm (25.73 × 12.68 × 12.68 in) in width × height × depth, the enclosure is ideal for everyday car-audio use where trunk space and balanced sound are priorities, or as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure that balances bass extension and low distortion. The design uses a Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure with a 50 L chamber tuned to 34 Hz and one L-shaped slot port. The port area is specifically optimized for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand.
