Description

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 10-inch rectangular subwoofer, featuring a 30 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet measures 565 × 335 × 302 mm (22.23 × 13.22 × 11.89 in). One internal brace reinforces the structure and reduces panel vibration, making it ideal for high-output subwoofer systems. It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion. Additionally, it is optimized for everyday car-audio use by accounting for limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound. The design utilizes one L-shaped slot port with a port area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand.
