Single 12-inch Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Enclosure - 40 L / 35 Hz

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is specifically designed for a single 12-inch round subwoofer, providing a 40 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Constructed from 24 mm (1 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet features a double-thickness front baffle that increases rigidity and reduces flex for high-output systems. The external dimensions are 862 × 424 × 287 mm (35.39 × 16.75 × 11.35 in). It utilizes one L-shaped slot port with an area optimized for large-excursion drivers and high airflow SPL demands. This design functions as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, size, and low distortion, while also being suitable for everyday car-audio use where trunk space and installation constraints are key.
