Description

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a 2-driver 12-inch round subwoofer configuration, featuring a 80 L chamber tuned to 32 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet measures 1018 × 406 × 406 mm (39.98 × 15.99 × 15.99 in). A double-thickness front baffle increases rigidity and reduces flex, making it suitable for high-output systems. It utilizes one L-shaped slot port with a port area optimized for large-excursion drivers and high-airflow SPL demands. This design works as a general-purpose home subwoofer for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension and low distortion, while also serving everyday car-audio use where trunk space and installation constraints are key.
