Description
This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for 2-driver 12-inch round subwoofer systems, featuring a 70 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Built from 18 mm (3/4 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the external dimensions are 840 × 370 × 370 mm (33.6 × 14.58 × 14.58 in). It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion. Additionally, it is designed for everyday car-audio use, taking limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound into account. The design utilizes one L-shaped slot port with a port area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand.
