Description

Designed for a single 8-inch round subwoofer, this Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure features a 20 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz using one L-shaped slot port. The cabinet has a Simple Rectangle shape built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material with external dimensions of 583 × 285 × 256 mm (22.92 × 11.23 × 10.11 in). To ensure suitability for high-output subwoofer systems, the double-thickness front baffle and one internal brace increase rigidity and reduce panel vibration. The port area is optimized for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand. This design serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion, while also being ideal for everyday car-audio use where limited trunk space and installation constraints require a balanced sound.
