Description

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 10-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 30 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a Simple Rectangle shape, the external dimensions are 563 × 314 × 283 mm (22.15 × 12.38 × 11.14 in). One internal brace reinforces the cabinet and reduces panel vibration, making it ideal for high-output subwoofer systems. The design incorporates one L-shaped slot port with a port area suitable for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand. This box serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion. It is also designed for everyday car-audio use, taking limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound into account.
