Description

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 15-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 65 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a Simple Rectangle shape, the cabinet measures 630 × 425 × 383 mm (24.78 × 16.77 × 15.09 in). A double-thickness front baffle and one internal brace increase rigidity and reduce panel vibration, making it ideal for high-output systems. The design utilizes one L-shaped slot port with an area suitable for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand. It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems that balances bass extension, size, output, and low distortion. Additionally, it is optimized for everyday car-audio use by accounting for limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound.
