Single 12-inch Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Enclosure - 40 L / 35 Hz

This simple rectangle cabinet is constructed from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material with external dimensions of 638 × 378 × 272 mm (25.08 × 14.92 × 10.71 in). Designed for a single 12-inch round subwoofer, this Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure features a 40 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. It utilizes one L-shaped slot port with a port area suitable for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand. The design serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion, while also being ideal for everyday car-audio use by accounting for limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound.
