This simple rectangle cabinet, built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material, is designed for a single 12-inch rectangular subwoofer. Utilizing a Vented / Bass-Reflex design, it features a 40 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz and a single L-shaped slot port. The port area is specifically suited for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented applications with high airflow demand. One internal brace reinforces the structure and reduces panel vibration, making it ideal for high-output systems. The external dimensions are 590 × 391 × 352 mm (23.2 × 15.41 × 13.87 in), providing a balanced sound for everyday car-audio use with limited trunk space, while also serving as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems that balances bass extension, size, output, and low distortion.
