Single 12-inch Rectangular Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box

This 35 L vented (bass-reflex) enclosure is designed for a single 12-inch rectangular subwoofer, featuring a 35 Hz tuning. Built with 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet's external dimensions are 586 × 388 × 349 mm (23.06 × 15.28 × 13.75 in). The design includes one internal brace to reinforce the panels and reduce vibration, making it ideal for high-output subwoofer systems. It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure that balances bass extension, size, and low distortion for stereo systems, while also being optimized for everyday car-audio use where trunk space and installation constraints are key. The enclosure uses one L-shaped slot port with a port area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented applications with high airflow demand.
