This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 15-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 65 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet measures 639 × 465 × 418 mm (25.14 × 18.31 × 16.48 in). A double-thickness front baffle and one internal brace increase rigidity and reduce panel vibration, making it ideal for high-output subwoofer systems. The design utilizes one L-shaped slot port with an area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand. Whether used as a general-purpose home subwoofer for music and stereo systems or for everyday car-audio use, it balances bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion while considering limited trunk space and installation constraints.
