This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is specifically designed for a 2-driver 12-inch subwoofer system, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, and low distortion for both home stereo systems and everyday car audio use. The simple rectangular cabinet is constructed from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material with external dimensions of 942 × 395 × 395 mm (38.36 × 15.57 × 15.57 in). It features a 60 L chamber tuned to 35 Hz using one L-shaped slot port, which provides sufficient port area for high-output, large-excursion drivers and high-airflow SPL applications. A double-thickness front baffle increases rigidity and minimizes front-panel flex, ensuring the box is robust enough for high-output systems while remaining practical for limited trunk spaces.
