Description

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 15-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 65 L chamber tuned to 33 Hz. Constructed from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet measures 633 × 430 × 387 mm (24.9 × 16.94 × 15.24 in). A double-thickness front baffle and one internal brace increase rigidity and reduce panel vibration, making it suitable for high-output systems. The design uses one L-shaped slot port with a port area optimized for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand. It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, size, output, and low distortion. Additionally, it is ideal for everyday car-audio use, accounting for limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound.
