Description

This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for 2-driver 12-inch round subwoofer systems, utilizing an 80 L chamber tuned to 32 Hz. Constructed from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material with a double-thickness front baffle, the simple rectangle cabinet measures 898 × 380 × 380 mm (35.28 × 14.98 × 14.98 in). The design features a single L-shaped slot port with an area optimized for high-output, large-excursion drivers and high-airflow SPL demands. Suitable for everyday car-audio use, it accounts for limited trunk space and installation constraints while remaining a balanced general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems that provides bass extension, output, and low distortion.
