Description

In this project I simulated all boxes from woofer's original datasheet: https://www.ground-zero-audio.com/wp-content/uploads/GZIW-200X-II-1.pdf using the stock parameters from SBL database (for boxes: same Vbs and approx. the same vent areas + lengths like in datasheet). The differences are the same like in the simulations on the datasheet, and the results are just a little bit different, so I can say: SBL's accuracy is really acceptable. For boxes: just power handling and vent air velocity are not so good.

Description

I used the woofer's stock parameters from SBL database and Pe = max power. I tried to simulate all other types of boxes too, but this 6th order bandpass basically pulls the most out of this woofer (deepness / loudness), and matching my needs too: ideal power handling down to high 20ish frequencies, no negative peak around the low Fb, acceptable group delay at 20 Hz and higher frequencies, and the compactness is acceptable too.
