App not working

Why can't it just work you know some issues with this ..no 3d or drawings 

If you have specified all data but still are not seeing 3D and drawing, please, try to change the dimension for calculation of the box to the width or height. The calculation of the length has some bugs that will be fixed in the new box simulation version soon.

That in its self is limiting my ability to create a box by design 

Cleared my cookies and issue was fixed, recommend you try that.
