Description
First I find out that using the JBL's recomended sealed box Vb and this woofer's RMS power in Pe, the maximum cone displacement is 7.7 mm, so I simulated several bandpass boxes with cone displacement = 7.7 mm (see the graphs history - Vb/Fb). The 1:1 box I tuned to be ideally wideband, but it is hard to design and/or build, the others are simply buildabe. The 1:2 (this is on 3D because of the least group delay) and the 1:3 boxes I tuned lowest within the maximum bandwith. The others are like "burp boxes".

Description
I want to design a ported box for this woofer to not overpass the Xmax at 20 Hz and higher frequencies. Using the stock Pe it is impossible to design a box like this (just when the woofer's basket is outside), so I used the woofer's RMS power to simulate it. I find out too that in JBL's recomended sealed box for this woofer (not SBL's) the max cone displacemet is 7.7 mm - which is less than the woofer's Xmax. This is the reason why I designed a ported box for cone displacement = 7.7 mm at 20 Hz and above.
