Single 8-inch Round Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box - 25 L / 38 Hz

This vented (bass-reflex) enclosure is expertly designed for a single 8-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 25 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the external dimensions measure 533 × 300 × 242 mm (20.94 × 11.83 × 9.54 in). It serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion. Additionally, it is optimized for everyday car-audio use, accounting for limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound. The design utilizes one L-shaped slot port with a port area suitable for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand.
