Single 8-inch Round Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box - 15 L / 38 Hz
Description
This Vented / Bass-Reflex enclosure is designed for a single 8-inch round subwoofer, featuring a 15 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a Simple Rectangle shape, the external dimensions are 529 × 296 × 240 mm (20.77 × 11.68 × 9.48 in). It utilizes one L-shaped slot port with an area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand. The design is ideal for everyday car-audio use, accounting for limited trunk space and installation constraints, while also serving as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems that balances bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion.
