Single 8-inch Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box - 20 L / 38 Hz
Description
This vented (bass-reflex) enclosure is specifically designed for a single 8-inch rectangular subwoofer, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion. Constructed from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the cabinet measures 491 × 269 × 229 mm (19.3 × 10.62 × 9.03 in). It features a 20 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz using one L-shaped slot port, which provides a port area suitable for drivers with moderate cone excursion and airflow demand. This design is ideal for everyday car-audio use where trunk space is limited, or as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems.
