Single 8-inch Rectangular Vented / Bass-Reflex Subwoofer Box
Description
This enclosure is designed for a single 8-inch rectangular subwoofer and features a 20 L chamber tuned to 38 Hz. The Vented / Bass-Reflex design uses one L-shaped slot port with an area suitable for high-output, large-excursion drivers and SPL-oriented use with high airflow demand. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material in a simple rectangle shape, the external cabinet dimensions are 538 × 304 × 243 mm (21.14 × 11.98 × 9.6 in). It is ideal for everyday car-audio use, taking limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound into account. It also serves as a general-purpose home subwoofer enclosure for music and stereo systems, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion.
