Description

This vented (bass-reflex) enclosure is designed for a single 10-inch rectangular subwoofer, balancing bass extension, cabinet size, output, and low distortion for home music and stereo systems. Built from 16 mm (5/8 inch) material with a simple rectangle shape, the external dimensions are 569 × 328 × 295 mm (22.37 × 12.94 × 11.65 in). The 35 L chamber is tuned to 34 Hz and utilizes one L-shaped slot port with an area suitable for high-output drivers with increased cone excursion and airflow demand. One internal brace reinforces the cabinet and reduces panel vibration, making it ideal for high-output systems. This design also suits everyday car-audio use by considering limited trunk space, installation constraints, and balanced sound.
